Why have I received a credit/refund/part refund

There are several reasons why you might have received a refund and the reason is usually given on the refund notification email at the bottom. 


This may be because:

a) you have ordered too many add on items to fit in with your order

b) you have placed an order that cannot be fulfilled

c) you have placed a Click & Collect order but have chosen postal products or vice versa

d) you have placed a duplicate order


We always issue a credit when too many add on items are chosen which you can use on any order within 2 years


If your full order is cancelled and you are a new customer then we automatically issue a refund back to your card. If you are a regular customer then we usually issue a credit unless you request otherwise.


If you paid by BACS then we will need your bank details in order to refund you.
