My card payment has been declined

If your card payment has been declined for whatever reason then please make sure you have entered the correct name and billing address, exactly as your name appears on your card and exactly as the address appears on your billing statement. Most declined payments are caused by these details not matching.

Alternatively, please choose the Bank Transfer option instead and make payment manually, making sure you complete the checkout process fully or your order will not come through to us. 

Please do not call us to take payment over the phone if your card has been declined because paying over the phone will make no difference. Card security has recently been increased by the banks and the details must be exact for your payment to go through.
