Why has payment been taken more than once?

We cannot take payment from you, you make the payment. Therefore if the payment has gone through more than once then this is either because you have pressed the cancel or the back button during payment or refreshed your screen or closed your browser before being returned to our website and then you have completed the checkout process again.

To prevent this happening, please do not do any of the above. If you are not sure whether your order has gone through then check your spam folder for your order confirmation. If you don't have one then we don't have your order either. You need to then email us [email protected]. Do not try and place your order again before contacting us otherwise you will make payment twice.
