Why has my payment gone through more than once?

It is really important that you do not press the back button or refresh your screen during the checkout process and you must wait until you are redirected back to our website before closing your browser, otherwise your payment may be taken but your order will not come through to us. Some customers then try to put their order through again which then results in the payment being taken twice.
Make sure you check that your order is no longer in your basket and that you have received an order confirmation which will state the estimated delivery date on it.
Do not try and check out again if your payment has been taken but your order hasn't gone through.
