Who do you use for delivery?

We use DPD for delivery of all of our orders. Please download the DPD app on your phone which will keep you up to date with your delivery progress and you can also leave delivery instructions on here if you didn't put any on your order. They will contact you on the morning of delivery by 11am giving you a one hour time slot. DPD MUST leave the goods as they are perishable so it is essential that you leave a safe place instruction in the customer comments box when placing your order otherwise they will leave it wherever they deem suitable if you are not in when they deliver. As you are given a 1 hour time slot and you know what date it is going to be delivered on, you must either be in to receive delivery, or leave a safe place instruction or take the risk that it will be left on your doorstep. DPD take a photo of the delivery as evidence and also send a delivery notification. We will not be held responsible for any delivery that is made, with photographic evidence that is later found to be missing.
