My order arrived defrosted/thawed
Can I refreeze it?

It is normal for your order to arrive slightly defrosted or even almost completely defrosted in this weather if you didn't choose the pre-12 delivery option.
DPD have up to 48 hours in which to get your order to you, after this time it will be destroyed being perishable goods
Your order may arrive soft at the edges but this is perfectly normal and can be refrozen without causing any harm to your dogs, just make sure you separate the blocks so that they don't freeze together
If you ordered just 5kgs of frozen meat or 15/25/35kgs etc meaning that 5kgs would be on it's own then the 5kgs will defrost in warmer weather and there is a warning on the product page advising you not to buy just 5kgs in the warmer weather
We do not refund defrosted food that has been delivered within 48 hours if you chose the DPD standard delivery option.
