When will I get my order?

We are currently only posting out on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday until further notice. This is to enable us to catch up with stock. However, you have up until 10am on each of those days to place your order for next day delivery.

You need to choose your delivery date on the checkout page.

We use DPD for all deliveries. They will send you a 1 hour time slot by 11am on the morning of delivery 

All DPD Standard delivery orders orders go out on a Next Day delivery service with the exception of some areas of Scotland which are 2 days but can still take up to 48 hours to be delivered.

We currently send orders out Monday, Wednesday and Thursday

We never send orders out on Friday because Frozen goods will not survive the weekend and we never deliver on a Monday

DPD have up to 48 hours to deliver your order to you

It is packed to last for this amount of time. It may have started to soften at the edges but this is perfectly normal and can be refrozen without any harm to your dogs

As a general rule, if you place your order by:

8am Tuesday - it should arrive Wednesday/Thursday

8am Wednesday - it should arrive Thursday/Friday

10am Thursday - it should arrive Friday/Saturday

10pm Saturday - it should arrive Tuesday/Wednesday

10pm Sunday - it could be dispatched Monday or Tuesday so should arrive by Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday

All orders placed after 10am Thursday up until 10pm Saturday will go out Monday

Orders placed between 10pm Saturday and 10pm Sunday will go out Monday or Tuesday depending on volume of orders as Monday is our busiest postal day
