Please take photos immediately of the parcel clearly showing the damage and another photo of the DPD label attached to the parcel, clearly showing the information. DPD will not entertain any claim without these photos.
Email them to us at [email protected] together with your order number which will begin with TLI followed by 6 digits, the name on your account and your postcode. We will then take this up with DPD straight away.
