How do I know if my order has gone through?

You will receive a confirmation email giving your order number which begins with TLI followed by 6 numbers.
Please check your junk/spam folder if you have not received it in your inbox.
If you need to contact us about your order we will need your name, or post code or order number.
You will also receive email updates from us stating what day your order is due to go out, when it is ready to be shipped and once it has been sent.
If you have a mobile, please download the DPD app as this will keep you updated with the progress of your order delivery. You can also take a photo of where you want your order left and upload it to the DPD app, as well as enter your what3words location
Once your order is on it's way you will receive an email/text from DPD by 11am on the morning of delivery giving you a 1 hour time slot. However, the time slot is not guaranteed and it is possible on the rare occasion that DPD are unable to deliver at the designated time and will deliver outside of this time slot or even the next day as they have 48 hours in which to deliver to you before you order is destroyed.
It's also possible that DPD may separate your order into 2 or more separate deliveries.
