Finish feeding your dog's usual meal the day before and start them on raw the next day, there is no need to do a gradual transition as this can cause more problems than if you put them straight on it. Start off with chicken mince and bone for the first 3 day and then introduce complete meals that contain offal.
It is not uncommon for your dog's tummy to be unsettled for the first couple of days so do not be alarmed but usually they are fine and adjust quickly.
