Can I pick up my Click & Collect order early?
What if I can't make it on the day I chose to collect?

Yes, you can collect your order at any time from when you receive your 'Ready for Collection' confirmation email (this can be anything from 15 mins up to a few hours after you place your order) up until 15 minutes before closing time on the collection date you have chosen. Eg: If you choose 19th as your collection date and it is the 12th today, you can collect any time from 12th up until 15 mins before close on the 19th providing you have received your ready for collection email confirmation
When you book a Click & Collect order it is reserved for you up until the date you have chosen.
If your order is not collected by the date you have chosen then it will be cancelled and you will need to request a credit note. We do not refund uncollected orders.
Fresh Goods such as Chicken Carcasses and Backs MUST be picked up on the chosen date only and these are non refundable if uncollected.
