Breeder/Trade/Bulk Discounts

We already sell at trade prices directly to the public and you will find our prices to be most competitive, therefore we are unable to offer any further discounts.

However, you can make considerable savings over the postal prices on our website by using our Click & Collect service if you are able to do so because this eliminates the need for courier costs and expensive freezer packaging which is required for postal delivery and we can pass these savings onto you.

We also offer TRADE deliveries to certain local areas which are at the same trade prices as our Click & Collect service but are subject to a minimum order spend. We currently serve some areas of Kent, Essex and Norfolk weekly and Southampton once a month. Please email us [email protected] with your postcode for further details.

We are able to offer such great prices to everyone for our quality products because:

• We are a family run business who make our own products in our own factory, meaning we have less overheads
  
• We have no middle man, therefore we are able to sell directly to the public at competitive trade prices
  
• We use minimal packaging and we pass the savings onto you, in addition to doing our bit for the planet. Your dog really doesn't care if their food comes in a nice plastic tray with a pretty picture on it, but we care about how you then get rid of that packaging. 

• We deliver to all of Mainland UK via DPD who will issue you with a 1 hour time slot on the day of delivery. The prices shown on our website already include this service so there are no further delivery costs added at checkout (*unless you are in certain areas of Scotland/Scottish Highlands which may incur a further delivery fee at checkout)

We are often asked why the Voucher/Coupon box at checkout is there if we don't offer discounts. This box is for customers to enter a credit they may have been issued with after cancelling or changing an order.
